Yes, it could be 'faster' by putting more points into screw speed or examine speed - but credits saved help me expand garage faster.
Early on this saved me lots of $$ on parts etc. I put full 21 points immedatily into maxing 'Renovator' tree, then started putting points into both the screw speed and discount $$ side of things.
Note:- 21 Points is a full column in the skills tree, with 126 skill points across all trees.
